Project created in spring 2019
The proposed mausoleum was designed to house an urn at the center of the space. The mausoleum is built out of white marble and onyx stone to create a balance between light and dark. The windows are equipped with steel frames to let it pannels of light into the space and illuminate the urn. The vaulted roof sinks into the interior, and is designed to let rainwater flow in and out the back of the mausoleum. The water beautifully falls in front of the back window creating a waterfall and simulating energy.
